SWITCH ERRORS
COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER ERRORS WILL BE DISPLAYED ON THE MENU MESSAGE LINE ON
THE BOTTOM OF THE DISPLAY, WHEN THE COIN DOOR IS OPENED.
SWITCHES ARE CHECKED
TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY CHANGE STATES IN A GIVEN NUMBER OF GAMES. THE NUMBER OF GAMES DEPENDS ON THE PRIORITY
OF THE SWITCH.
THE SWITCH WILL BE
‘FLAGGED’ AS AN ERROR IN TROUBLESHOOTING IF IT DOES NOT CHANGE STATES IN ‘X’
NUMBER OF GAMES.
EXAMPLE: IF THE LEFT
SLINGSHOT SWITCH IS NOT ACTIVATED, OR IF THE SWITCH IS STUCK CLOSED (SHORTED)
FOR 20 GAMES THE SWITCH WILL BE ‘FLAGGED’ AS AN ERROR.
