Doctor Who Pinball Dalek Head

There where 4 prototype Styrofoam models made. All had a "snub nose"* (really an eye, not a nose!) Can you guess who won the "Beauty Contest"?

* The "snub nose" was made short because it had to fit under a protective plastic dome.
(to avoid mischievous players or dedicated fans from pulling the Dalek eye out)
And the width of the top of the backbox is very narrow!
